Our scientists work across boundaries to tackle whatever experiment, assay, or screen is necessary to develop high-impact medicines. We are modality agnostic and campaigns may include both small molecule and biologic therapeutics.

Your Role in Navigating The Maze:

  • You will design, develop and execute biochemical and cellular assays to profile novel therapeutics.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with various sample extraction techniques, such as liquid-liquid extraction and SPE, and should be able to perform routine LC-MS method development, maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with high resolution mass spectrometers (Q-Exactive) and Phoenix WinNonlin software is a plus.

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual with a strong background in Immunology to join our dynamic and highly-collaborative research team. The successful candidate will evaluate new immunotherapy modalities to treat cancer.

Your Role in Navigating The Maze:

  • You will conceptualize, develop and implement robust in vitro assays and in vivo tumor models in both xenogeneic and syngeneic settings.
  • Select, plan and execute efficacy / MOA / biodistribution studies and provide effective and timely data analysis and interpretation in support of preclinical immuno-oncology programs.
  • You will champion in vivo immunology and tumor biology efforts into new directions to achieve critical project milestones.
  • You will participate in cross-functional teams and interact with chemists, biologists and external collaborators to advance drug discovery programs.
  • Contribute effectively to patent, report and scientific publication writing.
  • You will manage junior immunology research colleagues.

Your Navigation Tools:

  • PhD in immunology, tumor biology or a related field with ≥3 years post-PhD experience.
  • Industry experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in molecular and cellular biology, cell culture, flow cytometry, T cell functional assays and experience with mouse models.
  • The optimal candidate will have a strong and up-to-date command of MHC biology, antigen presentation, T-cell immunology and/or tumor biology.
  • Project and CRO management experience are a plus.
